Having been with Tascon for 15+ years, he’s our go-to do-it-all, fix-it guy, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From repairs and maintenance to keeping the yard in order, there’s nothing he won’t tackle.

Lee’s experience and problem-solving skills mean he can find a fix for just about anything—often before anyone else even notices there’s a problem. Whether it’s welding, fabricating, troubleshooting machinery, or just making sure everything’s where it should be, he’s the backbone of our operations.

Operator

Meet Jamie, our skilled Excavator Operator straight from England. With a wealth of experience and a passion for precision, Jamie brings a reliable touch to every project. Civil Foreman

Originally from Australia, Cade joined Tascon as a Labourer and, through hard work and dedication, has worked his way up to Civil Foreman over the past years.His hands-on experience across all aspects of civil construction gives him a deep understanding of the challenges on site, making him a strong leader and problem-solver.

Cade thrives in the fast-paced, technical nature of our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Whether managing crews, coordinating project timelines, or overcoming unexpected site challenges, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to everything he does.

Outside of work, Cade is an avid hunter, enjoying time in the outdoors and honing the same patience and precision that make him an exceptional foreman. His leadership and work ethic make him a key part of the Tascon team, helping us take on the projects others can’t.

Te Naera

Barrier and Drilling Foreman

Te Naera recently joined the Tascon team, bringing valuable experience in barrier installation. He has quickly become a key player, operating one of our barrier machines and running our new down-hole hammer drilling rig with precision and efficiency.

Te is known for his strong work ethic and commitment to doing a good job. He’s always on the move, tackling tasks head-on and ensuring that every project is completed to a high standard. Whether it’s drilling, setting barriers, or problem-solving on-site, he takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Outside of work, Te enjoys spending time with his family, balancing his hardworking nature with quality time at home. His dedication and positive attitude make him a great addition to the Tascon team.

Zeke

Road Barrier Foreman
